    I am using the 4.5.5 version of StageShow because when I upgrade, it breaks my website with a fatal error to where I cannot access my dashboard. That is a separate issue and not why I am posting.

    I can set up my show just fine and can activate the tickets, but when I add a ticket (or multiple tickets) to my cart and try to checkout, it returns a red bar with the error “Cannot Checkout – Shopping Cart Empty” for each performance. In other words, there is something wrong with the PayPal gateway and it isn’t transferring over. I’ve confirmed in the Payment Gateway that my PayPal information is correct.

    Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

    As a general rule, I try to limit support to the current version, mainly because this eliminates issues that have already been fixed. I know that the symptoms you have described have been seen before (I’ll have to search back through the records to find what the solution was) but I feel that the best way forward is to get your site working with the latest version and then deal with any outstanding issues.

    So, what is the fatal error reported when you upgrade?

    Once I know that, we’ll take it from there.
