Hi,
Please try to first update Zerif Lite to the latest version, and if it’s still not working, please try to install and configure Pirate Forms plugin , which is recommended with Zerif Lite. Let me know how it works.
Best regards,
Rodica
Thank you! However, even after updating the theme and installing the Pirate Forms plugin, the contact form still doesn’t work. What could be the problem?
Hello,
Go to Settings > Pirate Forms > Options and add your email address there.
Hope that helps.

Hi guys,
I’ve the same problem. The ‘send’ button of the contact form doesn’t work on my website. Even when i let some field open, i don’t get any (troubleshooting) message of the open fields.
By the way: I have two website with the Zerif lite theme. On one of my websites (www.garlic-solutions.nl) I’ve installed the 1.8.3.5 update, and after installing that update the contact form doesn’t work anymore (www.h2elp.nl). The contact form on my other website with Zerif Lite, which i didn’t update, still works. The version of Zerif Lite of the working contact form is 1.8.2.3.
I hope someone can help me with my contact form on http://www.garlic-solutions.nl
Hello,
Please make sure you have added email address in “Settings > Pirate Forms > Options”
Also please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
I hope it will work.
Regards,
Gourav
Thanks Gourav!! Your message have helped me to find the problem. One of the installed plugins was the problem.
I am having the same problem. It seems like the email is being received if I get up a domain email address via BlueHost. It seems that the email forwarder to my own gmail account is not working and I am not receiving anything.
I have also tried another plugin Postman SMTP – to try as a workaround. But nothing.
Thanks
