Hi!

My client said they received calls that two made a reservation, but she (my client) didn’t receive and email. I double checked the settings and everything, but all is good.

Any ideas? Or it just user error? 🙂

There are many things that can effect mail delivery. The FAQ includes a 5-step checklist to help you narrow down the source of the problem.
