Blank settings page

The plugin installs without anyissues, when I scroll down to magic action box all the sub menus appear, but when I click on main settings it pops up for a split second and then it disappears. All of the top menu tabs are there but when I click on those, nothing happens…..I am using theme “Virtue premium”….I have uninstalled it, reloaded it, deactivated various plugins and still nothing.
