    Hello,
    Very sorry for my delay.

WP Edit does not provide the functionality of adding/removing buttons from the front-end (visitor) editors. The pro version, however, does offer this functionality.

My reasoning… I’m not sure everyone who uses the free version will understand the risks of using a modified editor in the front-end of websites. If you allow uploading, for example, then it is very easy for an anonymous user to upload a potentially malicious script; which could do damage to the website or database.

I think users who purchase premium plugins are more “in-tune” to their websites, and more careful when using advanced functionality.

Please let me know if I may be of any further assistance.
