Contact form 7 submission I.P

    I have contact form 7 installed on a clients site that I host on Just Host. They have their emails hosted by another company. The email hosting company has provided the SMTP details but contact form 7 still does not work after I have entered the details in WP-Mail-SMTP plugin. The server cannot seem to be connected to, it has no authentication set up but instead the service provider require an I.P address that the SMTP traffic will come from?

    How is this found out and is that the actual problem?

    The problem is that the email hoster has provided the SMTP details, but they dont use authentication for that account. There is no login name or password, just just add an I.P address to some sort of list that accepts mails?
