• So it use to work really great for 2 years! After a malware attack and cleanup all sending mail freezed. I can send tests, i can manually send mails by the batches of 70 i chose in settings but mail is not sent automatically. I created a Cron which i never created before. I updated last week the plugin and cant find what is going on. Can i reinstall so i test if something was deleted when i cleaned up the malware? It has to do something with that

  • Hello from France,
Same problem since 1 month, but without malware or anything else…
I’ve just decovered it, as there is no error, and it says it has been sent !
Thanks if you have an idea, I’m freelance and my blog is important for my job.

Hello again, I’ve also tried SendGrid.

Same thing : test OK, mail for news subscriber OK, it says newsletter are sent. But it’s false ! No newsletter is sent (I tried several ones).

No problem with the number of followers or my hosting, database, etc…

Don’t know what to do anymore 🙁

Your problem sounds different. I dont see any mail sent except when i do it manually. It seems that your own server blocks your mails while they are outgoing, that could be a black list issue. Maybe your domain is blacklisted. Ask your hosting company and search online for blacklisted domains.

I used this tool, http://mxtoolbox.com/, no blacklist.
    I only had these 2 errors :
dmarc harmony-com.fr Missing or Invalid Record More Info
    smtp mxb.ovh.net Failed To Connect

    Yes, I’ve found !
For me, it was to many mail errors, OVH had blocked the mail script. Difficult to find, but it’s OK now 🙂

@rogasgr yes you can delete and install MailPoet again, you won’t lose any data.

the whole issue was with my server. I had to get in Plesk, check the server logs for the authorization error, take the application ID and paste it as an exception into the Application Firewall of Plesk. After some minutes it worked ok.
