Thought it was great, but users getting "timeout" error.

    I thought this plugin was working, but I noticed I wasn’t getting many comments and didn’t know why.

    I tested it on my own computer with no problems, but a user just told me he keeps getting a “Timeout error” (even when answering quickly), preventing him from posting Comments. I ended up disabling the plug-in entirely. 🙁

    A simple Math challenge was exactly what I was looking for (vs those hard to read photo captchas). It’s a shame some people seem to be having trouble with it.

    Hi,

    If user sees a notification about “Timeout error”, he/she should reload captcha (“Reload” button, http://prntscr.com/a4sz12). Also, you can disable time limit for captcha filling. To do so, please go to the plugin settings page, Advanced tab (your_site/wp-admin/admin.php?page=captcha.php&action=advanced) and uncheck “Enable time limit” checkbox. On the same tab you can increase the time limit in “Set time limit” option. In Pro plugin version you can set different time limit for different forms (http://bestwebsoft.com/products/captcha/).

    Thanks. I did not know the “Timeout” could be disabled (and it seems to be not working 100% at its default setting if it were triggered so quickly on the second try.)

    I re-enabled the captcha & unchecked the Timeout under the “Advanced” tab.

    I’ll have to test to see if it resolves the issue. Thx.
