ERROR: This Pretty Link Slug is already taken.

Have exactly the same problem. It is not possible to edit the target of an existing link.

I have that issue, too…

I’ve commented in PrliUtils these off:
// Check slug uniqueness against posts, pages and categories
//$postname = $wpdb->get_var($wpdb->prepare(“SELECT post_name FROM {$wpdb->posts} WHERE post_name=%s LIMIT 1”,$slug));
//$taxonomy = $wpdb->get_var($wpdb->prepare(“SELECT taxonomy FROM {$wpdb->term_taxonomy} WHERE taxonomy=%s LIMIT 1”,$slug));

And now I can freely change the pretty links.

I was having problems ie with links something like that:
“my1prettysuperlink-g”
“my2-prettysuperlink-g”
“my3-pretty-superlink-g”

Then I’ve decied that I want them like so:
“pfnb-my1prettysuperlink”
“pfnb-my2-prettysuperlink”
“pfnb-my3-pretty-superlink”

That sometimes worked, but very often it refused with the “Slug already taken” message…
