A blank white page means that PHP is crashing, usually due to a function conflict, likely caused by an outdated plugin or theme.

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

Thank you for responding. How exactly do I access plug ins without being able to log in to site to work on it?

On my way to bookstore to get a wordpress for dummies book. I’m confident I can learn how to fix this, but need a bit more detail on what I am doing. Any advice is welcome.
