Google Rich Snippets & EasyRecipe plugin rating system

Good Morning,

Is there an email address available to directly communicate with the plugin creator? I am a Top Contributor in the Google Webmaster Forums and have been assisting users facing penalties triggered by the way users are implementing the EasyRecipe rating system. Unfortunately some users are not understanding how the settings should be implemented. I am hoping to get some clarification so that I can better assist your users when they’re facing a penalty. I would appreciate any assistance you may be able to provide. Please note, I did find this support page, http://help.easyrecipeplugin.com/support/solutions/articles/6000073068-how-do-i-get-the-recipe-ratings-to-work-, which did make things clearer but I could use some further clarification to better assist users.
