Dashboard Very Slow to Respond in WooCommerce Products Plugin

I’m doing website proofreading edits for a client who is using the WooCommerce plugin (motherearthlabs.com). Most of the edits are in the Products part of the plugin. Their product descriptions are massively long and have lots of tables and images. When I am working in them, the dashboard is extremely slow to respond. I will click on a word that I need to change and up to 10 seconds will go by before I can do the edit and a further up to 5 seconds for the edit to show up. It’s excruciating. I’ve never seen the WP dashboard behave like this, no matter how massive a post or page is. Their posts and pages of similar length and complexity respond normally.
I’m not allowed to touch anything that is part of the coding of the site, so to speak, but I’m wondering if there’s anything I should tell them their webmaster needs to do that could improve their site’s responsiveness?
