[Plugin: WordPress Importer] Error

    Localost (wamp on windows 7) and a new fresh WordPress (4.4.2) installation, only WordPress Importer istalled as plugin, when I try to import theme unit test I got Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in C:\wamp\www\wordpress\wp-includes\class-wp-http-curl.php on line 329 I tried to add set_time_limit(0) in wp-config.php and I got Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in C:\wamp\www\wordpress\wp-includes\class-wp-http-curl.php on line 324
