Quiz Simply Does Not Show Up On My Page

I set up WATU basic and the short code shows [WATU 2]. I am using WP and have started a new page called “123test”. I set up a test with 25 questions for our school. It appears that the test is complete. On the page, I added a new row that is full width. I added the Visual Editor Widget as I have in ALL other pages. I placed media in the form of a .jpg pic and one word of text beneath the pic. Everything shows up nicely on the page. However, when I insert the short code of [WATU 2] beneath the word per the directions, the page goes blank and absolutely nothing shows up. What am I doing wrong?
