My theme says mobile responsive, but shows a basic view on my phone

    Hello Everybody,
    i am currently using a customizr theme, it says mobile responsive, but when i opened it on my phone, it looks basic, then i added the same theme on a new website and it showing perfectly on it.
    can you please help me out.
    i have tried installing different responsive theme on that particular website but it just shows as basic on my phone, but others are perfect.

    Please can you help me out?
