  • @reverbstudios- Thanks for reaching out. Can you check the nature of the 2 PayPal accounts- one of the admin and other of the vendor? They should be in the same state i.e either test/sandbox account or live accounts. A mix- match here won’t process the payments.

    Looking forward to your response.

    They are both live accounts. The only thing possibly weird about them is that the vendors paypal email is the same as the one the commission needs to be paid to as well as being the one that bought the item. Is that allowed? I seen no error messages.

    Interesting, if I got you right all three persons concerned to this commission- customer, admin as well vendor have the same PayPal ID, correct?

    Admin has one paypal account, the vendor and buyer both have the same one. It’s the best I can do for a live test! I only have 2 different PayPal accounts.

    Interesting subject to research seems like it’s trickier than I initially thought. As of now, you have been very patient to all my questions, thanks for the same. Let’s perform some more checks to debug the issue here-

    1. When you make payments( as a customer), do you see the same payment in the admin’s PayPal account. Please note that the order status in Woo should be processing by default( as you are opting for online payments) if you don’t see any payment entry in your admin PayPal check the Woo order status. We can 2 answers here-

    a. Payment entered: In this case, we would need to check for the Masspay configuration because the incoming payment is working fine here, the problem then can only be in the distribution process( mass pay).

    b. Payment not entered: In this case, the problem is with the payment method that your WooCommerce setup is using to fetch payments from customers. This can happen sometimes due to IPN issue.

    2. In case, payment from a customer to admin has worked fine( 1.a), you should also check the commissions. Follow the path wp-admin>>WooCommerce>> WCMp commissions. Do you see the commission for the concerned payment? After the mass pay schedule time, what is the commission status.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Ok, I done 2 test payments, both went to my admin paypal account and to WooCommerce – Orders and also to WooCommerce – WCMP Commissions but the commission status is unpaid for both.

    Here’s my MassPay configuration:

    I’ve updated to your latest version, done another live test for an amount of €1 and I can;t see any difference. No commission was paid to me automatically.

    @reverbstudios- Can you check the error you see in the log file. You should be able to access it via the file manager( cPanel) following the path: wp-content/plugins/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/log. Scroll down to the bottom and let me know what error it shows for the last test you conducted.

    @reverbstudios- Thanks for the log file. This is what we have suspected. We have checked the log and the lasted update lies on the bottom of the log file, here it is:

    {“TIMESTAMP”:”2016-04-01T13:18:13Z”,”CORRELATIONID”:”12ec6dcbf96e”,”ACK”:”Failure”,”VERSION”:”65.1″,”BUILD”:”000000″,”L_ERRORCODE0″:”10329″,”L_SHORTMESSAGE0″:”User is blocked”,”L_LONGMESSAGE0″:”We’re sorry, but your PayPal account isn’t currently eligible to send mass payments. Please contact either PayPal Customer Service or your account manager.”,”L_SEVERITYCODE0″:”Error”}

    It’s showing that the PayPal mass payment is failed and showing the message “Your PayPal account isn’t currently eligible to send mass payments”.
