Widgets delete every time i save changes.

    I changed my theme a lot trying to customize it to what i want and somewhere along the ay i have made it so that when i go to my widgets 1. it doesn’t even show the ones i am using 2. when i say save changes the widgets that were previously on are now deleted. I have a lot of codes and JavaScript i really don’t want to keep entering every time i change my sidebars. I tried searching the subject and couldn’t find this specific problem any help is greatly appreciated
