• Hey,

I have ~10 minute audios on my website which cut off around the 9 minute mark when I listen to them from my mobile device (Nexus 5 chrome)

The audios buffer only up until the 9 minute mark and then the audio turns off automatically because it’s not fully loaded.

The players I have tried to use (including yours) only buffer up to 80% of the audio file and then get stuck at that point.

I would like to force the audio to buffer the full track. Is there any way to do this?

I have looked all over the internet and I can’t find a solution to this problem.

I really appreciate your help! Thank you

Hi, if you research further you will notice that it is probably your website settings that controls the buffer. This plugin does not as far as I know controls the buffer.

Have you tested different browsers? Have you checked with your host in regards to this issue? It could be a PHP setting in your server. Do you have a cache plugin? How much memory is allocated to your website?

    Kind regards
