Does not display visitors country! Useless

I have the correct maxmind Geo IP file installed, but the plugin always doesn’t display the visitor’s country! Useless… I have to test the IP’s one by one in order to know where are my visitors! I used this plugin before on other WP sites and worked fine. But now will have to find another solution.
