Date formate dd/MMM/yyyy 08/FEB/2016

    I use FS contact form version 4.0.39 on my website, se for example http://www.birkeroed-roklub.dk/medlemskab/indmeldelse/

    Concerning the date format, I use dd/mm/yyyy on the form, evne the database is showing mm/dd/yyyy. Also the email with a new registration uses format mm/dd/yyyy, regardles how I format the field.
    To avoid any misunderstanding, I really would prefer to use dd/MMM/yyyy, so 3 letters for the month.
    How can I do that? Date format in the plugin does not give that option.
    The 3-letter code of the month should be used both on the forms, e-mails and database (CFDB version 2.9.15)

    Hi, can you try the following. Disable all your other plugins except this one and carry out a test. If this works then you know there is a conflict with one of your other plugins. If that does not work can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fourteen or Fifteen?
