    Hi,

    I have install plugin and add the firebaseio link and secret and set up the plugin.

    But in the front side with the chat box its showing this message.

    “None of our operators are available at the moment. Please, try again later.”.

    So please tell me how can i make it working?

    It want to use this plugin for my site users private chat.

    So please help me out with this.

    Hi,
    that message appears because there is no operator connected to the chat console from the admin dashboard.

    Hi,
    the plugin allows visitors to chat with the site administrators or operators acting on their instruction
