Same here.. π
My WP dashboard plugin page take forever to load…
installing and installing other plugins takes forever….
The last update is a huge! step back.
Please roll back to earlier version and really test updates before releasing them.
All-in-One Event Calendar is really awesome, but its no good if updates cripple a whole WordPress backend..
Thanks for making this plugin and please, please rol back the update to the version before latest it was working very well.
Hi Bart,
did you find any solution for that issue? I do have the same problem and could not find any workaround for that π
Here is my original question related to that:

Having the exact same issue, any solution as of yet?
Hi Katie,
Could you please send WP admin access details to data@time.ly, I’d like to take a closer look at what’s occurring.
Hi Benjamin will email shortly π thanks
@katiefenton – Could you please post the solution (if any is available) here, so others can benefit from that. Thanks in advance.

I have no update from Benjamin as yet and even the login screen of the website has now slowed completely π
Ok. The only solution that works for now is to disable the plugin, do the required work, and then enable it again. Thats the only way for now π
Same here. The update/plugin pages slowed down tremendously and spikes my server’s memory & cpu.
@ Noodle – Do you or anybody else have any chance to profile your web server environment, especially the php environment (with debuggers like e.g. xdebug), so you can see what call/facility exactly locks down the system? This would be a good start to pin down the buggy line(s) and also a hint for the plugin developers to fix that issue.

@kerrygee, sorry I can’t do the php environment. However, here’s a screen shot of the Plugin Profiler result: http://stlawrencelechlade.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/20160209-sctm-site-profile.png. Painful!
This photo is hosted on the same server, and you see the simple pictures loads easily. The PHPMySQLAdmin site for the DB also runs quickly. So it’s something in the WP setup and its plugins.
Hi Katie,
It seems that the site is now faster, please check.
Users with the same issue, please try this:
1. Dashboard > Events > Settings > Advanced > Advanced Settings > Use advanced JS cache, deactivate this option.
2. Disable and re-enable the plugin.
This did not solve the problem for me.
