I have had Zion them on http://owensboroHelpOffice.org for a while.
Recently the home page appeared blank.
Dashboard reported that the active theme was broken; installed the parent theme ‘Green lantern’ and switched it back to Zion theme, and the website is back (some of it)

I am having to rebuild several things on the site.

One Issue I cannot fix is using the sliders
    (1) old version allowed 6 sliders. I only see 3 now.
    (2) I put three images in the sliders in Customize > Theme Slider Options
I don’t see how to ‘activate’ the slider? Should it appear on my home page?

If I set DashboardAdmin>Settings>Reading and set Front Page Displays to “Your latest posts”, I see the slider, but images are squashed, rotate very very fast, and come up from the bottom.
So now slider only works on a front page of posts, not a static page???
And only 3 images? At least 6 worked before.

Several things are very badly broken from the original version of this theme.
It no longer matches the documentation page either on http://www.vandelaydesign.com/theme-documentation/zion-church/

    Hi,

    Sorry for inconveniences.

You are using another Zion theme, which you downloaded from another site.

WordPress software show update of theme that register in their system.

Here Our Zion theme is registered, that’s why it showing update and when you download it, you got this theme.

Zion theme is child theme of green lantern.

Please revert back to your theme.

    Thanks.

Thanks. So much had changed, I was wondering if that were the case.
But somehow it tried to “update” the original Zion theme with yours.
    That’s what started this mess.

    Thanks!

    Most Welcome..

    Thanks.
