    Hi,

    I have a contact form and add php code in the contact page. Before that installed “insert_php” plugin.
    Inserted php code between the following tags.
    [insert_php]

    /* php code */

    [/insert_php]

    HTML form

    after filling the field and submitted the form, then getting the error like
    “It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try a search?”

    How can i solve this?

    Paste both your PHP and form code in one block into this forum, between backticks. I might be able to see what the problem is.
