Outstanding, top-5 plugin. Well built, well supported.

Sprout Invoices is exactly what I have been looking for: a stable, customizable, and well-supported plugin that includes a client portal, and invoicing platform, and and estimate platform.

I wanted my clients to get their invoices and estimates notifications via email, to click through and be able to view them online, and then to accept and/or pay them online. Boom! Easy as pie. I wanted my clients to be able to land on a portal-type page that allowed them to view all past invoices and estimates, to view new estimates, and still allow me to add other content to those pages. Boom! Easy as pie. I wanted a back-end system that could pull reports, help me manage my clients, keep track of invoices and estimates sent, allow me to create recurring invoices, integrate with PayPal and Stripe, integrate with Gravity forms, and more. Boom! Easy as pie.

I did not download the free version; I went straight to the paid (Pro) version, and then bought a few more add-ons to make all of this happen (there is a 30-day money back guarantee). I was able to cancel my FreshBooks account, and even though I spent a bit for these plugins, it will save me quite a bit over what I was spending annually for FreshBooks…and it is WAY more powerful, flexible, and customizable.

This plugin is up there with Gravity Forms for me as one of the best bits of WordPress software I have ever used.

AND, on top of all of that, I had 2-3 questions about how to make some modifications, and Dan got back to me within and hour or so each time with the perfect answer.
