• Hi Tijmen,

I am very confused on how to use the API properly. So I created a key. I put the key into the plugin, and nothing works. I set the IP addresses of my server.

If I remove the key I can geocode up to my 2500 per day limit. However we still have 30-40 thousand retailers to plugin, so Ideally I could get the API working and just pay for the more than 2500 requests per day.

Here is a screenshot of my api console for when I attempted an CSV upload with the API key set in the backend:

You can see it shows a 100% error rate with response code 4xx (why cant it just show the damn full error codes?)

Your help and advice would be much appreciated. Kind regards.

There are only errors in the Google Console, not in the CSV Manager itself?

You did generate a server API key instead of a browser API key? Have you tried it without setting the IP address of your server? It shouldn’t matter, but I had issues getting it to work in the past as well and not setting the server IP solved it.

And please in the future send an email to support at wpstorelocator.co for issues with the CSV Manager. The forums here are not really for commercial products.
