Is the bookly plugin in Dashboard a additional Dashboard widget from a custom plugin? Als fast help can you define a “own settings” with the ID of this dashboard to hide this.

I don’t think I understand how to do what you are suggesting.
I am still experimenting with the plugin, by activating – deactivating other menus from the dashboard and certain menus appear sometimesvisible when they are deactivated and vice versa.
I am suspecting a conflict, which I will try to find.
Other users have write about a problem with the roles.
Important part of the plugin and I have create a fix for this. I think this solve also your topic. Please test this version, not the last stable release 1.9.2 – https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/adminimize.zip
