    I installed the Fine responsive template from CyberChimps a couple of weeks ago. I am seeing a message on my Dashboard that I need to install the responsive plug-in but when I try to do so, I get this message:

    object(WP_Error)#896 (2) { [“errors”]=> array(1) { [“plugins_api_failed”]=> array(1) { [0]=> string(219) “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.” } } [“error_data”]=> array(1) { [“plugins_api_failed”]=> string(2) “N;” } }
    Something went wrong with the plugin API.

    Can you help? Thanks!

  • Have you contacted CyberChimps for support? It’s their plugin and theme and they likely know it much better than the rest of us!

    Yes, I went there first but they want people to pay for support. I decided to go with another theme that seems to be working just fine. Thanks.
