    Lyn,

First place to start would be checking here: https://developers.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/?hl=en. Enter your url where your reviews exist, and make sure that there are no errors being thrown in validation. If you find nothing here, you will likely need to adjust the schema settings in you Rich Reviews options, so if this is the case, let me know and I will help you out.

    Thanks,

    Hi Charlie,

Great to hear from you. I tried to test it with the Structured Data Testing tool and it all looks fine. Here’s the URL of the site for you to check it out.

    Kind regards,
    Lyn

    Lyn,

So you may want to try placing an aggregate review somewhere on your site. The best place would be somewhere that appears globally like in your footer, alternatively you could simply place it on your home page. This is using the shortcode [RICH_REVIEWS_SNIPPET] . This is the most common way that reviews are picked up by google.
