Notify Admin when Cancel Page Loaded by Member

    Is anyone aware of another plugin or Add On for PMPRO that can notify the page admin via e-mail when a user goes to the Cancel Membership page?

    This would be very valuable to know and potentially intervene when a user has considered or is considering cancelling their membership.
    The e-mail could notify the Admin of which user it was that went to the page and do so in real time.. if the e-mail could be sent to any selected e-mail, it could also notify via text message by using the e-mail for the various cell providers.. like 155555555@messages.att.net, etc.
