Internet Explorer won’t show footer or sidebars

IR isn’t finishing loading the site, and I’m not sure where the problem is. The php calls for my sidebar and footer are at the bottom, and it must stop sometime before that, because I’m not getting either sidebar or the footer, but everything else looks great. The site looks perfect in all other browsers, and it used to work fine in IE 7 and below. I don’t have IE 8 but I have it at work, and when I last checked on Friday it worked fine in 8 too.
