Area Dropdown order

I want certain areas to be under other areas

e.g. Dublin city south is directly under Co. Dublin

However, I don’t want all areas to show if there’s no properties there.

When I fill in my data entry column in the order I want but leave the search input blank, it reorders the areas alphabetically.

I tried setting it up like <option value=”Dublin”>, <option value=”Meath”>, etc. i.e. Dropping the Co., but the ouput then drops the Co. also and I want that to print in the options.

Do you understand what I mean?
