'Select all users' doesn't select any users

    and I’ll do my best to take a look. The select all is powered by JavaScript, is this enabled? I expect there is some conflict or the script isn’t being included correctly.

    Send me the details and I’ll see if I can figure it out!

    Thanks, was able to nut it out based on your tip about Javascript – turns out it was a JD conflict.
