    Please could you add details so people might be able to help.

    I’m not sure what you mean by “having trouble distinguishing URL and file name”, but in any case it would be even better to provide full examples so we can see exactly what’s going on.

    Just that, I put in URL or file name, press the button, and GDE tells be neither URL or file name exists.
