Error 5.1.1 : Recipient address rejected: User unknown

    Hallo,
    I configured the postman to send per smtp and tryed to send per form7. specific adresses are rejected (same domain as smtp-login). Activate “Disable e-mail validation” dosen’t help …
    The Errormessage is:
    “5.1.1 <Emailadress>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table”

    What is the “virtual mailbox table”?

    it simply means the recipient of the email doesn’t exist, the system accepts your email and tries to deliver it but as the recipient email address does not exist it bounces back to you.
