Dear UpDraft,

I recently noticed that your plugin is not backing up all my uploads/images. It backs up my database, themes, plugins and other files just fine (for as far as I can tell), but when I check the zip file that it creates for my uploads there are only images in there until November 2014. All the folders after that are empty… Any idea why this is happening and how we can fix this?

Hi,

Could you send us a copy of the latest backup log?
This will be too long to post here directly, but you can use a service such as pastebin, and post the link here.

According to the log, you have a lot of uploads, and in consequence they are split across *two* zip files. Perhaps you need to check the other one?

Oh my gosh, I am such an idiot… I didn’t realize there were two separate folders for the uploads. Problem solved! Thank you, haha.
