I see the issue on your site on my iPhone 5s, but I don’t see the problem on either of the Intergalactic demo sites:
– http://wp-themes.com/intergalactic/
This means that there’s likely something specific to your site causing the issue.
Have you made any changes to the theme files or added any custom CSS? If so, try undoing all your changes or reinstalling a fresh copy of the theme.
If you still see the issue, the next troubleshooting step I’d recommend is to rule out a plugin conflict, by temporarily deactivating all your plugins. Does the problem persist? If the problem is gone, reactivate your plugins one-by-one, look at the site in between each reactivation, to find the conflict.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks for Your help, so far. I really appreciate that.
I worked out the procedures You proposed. First I reinstalled the theme, second I switched off the the plug-ins. Furthermore I checked positive that I haven’t changed the CSS code or anything else.
At the end of the day these procedures showed up with no effect, that means that cloudero.de with Theme Intergalactic still comes up on iOS devices (esp. iPhone 5) with a too small layout.
If there is any more I could check that would be great.
Thanks for letting me know the results of your troubleshooting.
Our developer is looking into this further and we’ll keep you posted here.
We’ve made a fix to Intergalactic that should take care of this issue. Look out for the version 1.3.2 update in your dashboard.
Thanks for the quick and profound fix. Version 1.3.2 now works and looks perfectly on my iPhone 5 screen.
Again, many thanks for Your help. It was a wonderful experience.
Excellent – I’m glad to hear the layout issue is fixed with the latest version of Intergalactic. It was my pleasure to help.
