Yes, it should work fine with WPML. I haven’t tested the support in ages, though, as I haven’t had any access to current versions of WPML for couple of years.
So, unfortunately, I can’t help you much with this.
I have access to last version of WPML and can to say, unfortunately, Relevanssi doesn’t work with current versions of WPML any more.
Very bad. This is a big disadvantage for such a good plugin. 🙁
But it worked. Version 1.13.2 Last tested on: 13/Aug/2015
Compatible with WPML – Tested by WPML team

Do you have Version 1.13.2?!
1.13.2 is a Relevanssi version number. The latest version of WPML I have is 2.0.4.1, and I don’t even know what is the current version of WPML, 3.x something.
I just remembered there’s a site for testing Relevanssi and WPML compatibility: http://plugin-relevanssi.compatibility.wpml.org/
On that site, Relevanssi Premium 1.13.2 and WPML 3.3.6 work together without problems.
I’d make sure that on your site, it is Relevanssi that’s serving the results in the first place.

I’m not sure I understand what do you mean…
And I don’t understand also why does this site say, that
Searching for the word “keyword” should never bring any results in Finnish….
The word ‘keyword’ is on Finnish pages as well as on English ones.
But searching for the word “keyword” should never bring any results in Finnish…
I just don’t understand.
Could you please explain?
When you search for “keyword” on the test site, you only get results in English or in Finnish, depending on which language you’ve chosen, but never both. That’s how it should work.
If you disable Relevanssi on your site, do the results change?
