    Hi there,

I’m a bit confused by this support request. Can you please give me much clearer information on the issue and a screenshot and/or live URL where I can see what’s not working?

    Cheers,
    Philip

Forgive my brevity and not knowing how to upload a screenshot. The screen shot looks just like the WP editor’s preview of this page, but minus the subtitle.

When I add a subtitle and hit Preview, the preview does not show the subtitle I just added.

However after I have Updated, the preview (and the live page) show the subtitle.

    Hi there,

Okay, this makes sense to me now. Thanks for reporting this. Let me dig a little bit into why this may be happening and get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks so much.

    Hi there,

Just a heads up that we’ve looked into this and it does not appear to be an issue in any of our themes or the default themes. If you switch over to, say, Twenty Sixteen and don’t see the issue, then you’ll need to contact your theme developer and have them dig into what may be preventing previews not showing properly.

    Cheers,
    Philip
