How To Remove The Link Prefix?

    Hello!

    I am really interested in your plugin and addons.

    I am just wondering how to remove the link prefix. I have many links that i need to import to your plugin but as your plugin forces us to use a prefix, i couldn’t manage to do the migration. Changing my long list of 100+ links is a long tedious job that will cause lots of problems for my clients.

    Is there any way to disable this link prefix feature? As in: “Domain.com/affiliate-link” instead of “Domain.com/link-prefix/affiliate-link“.

    Hi Kronomia,

    Unfortunately the link prefix is required to ensure uniqueness of the URLs. With other plugins there’s always the problem of permalink clashes, so this is our solution for that.

    We do have an CSV importer add-on and you could run a plugin like Text Replace (https://wordpress.org/plugins/text-replace/) which can replace the link URL with the new one throughout your content.
