    Hi,

I chose to use this plugin as it was recommended through Simple Membership as an add on.

The issue is, no password is created during registration so when my members log in through simple membership and click a link to go to the affiliate page they are asked to login. There was no request for a password so no ability to log in, and although it’s supposedly integrated with Simple Membership the same password does not work either. So essentially, after registering they cannot re access their affiliate page.

I don’t seem to have the ability as the admin to resend emails or accept/deny access either.

Can someone let me know what is going on?

Hi, Are you referring to affiliate registration? If so the password is automatically sent by the plugin via email. You can enable debug in the affiliate settings to check if the email is being sent.

Correct, I am referring to the affiliate registration.

    No email is being sent.

    Please do the following:
    1) Enable debug in the affiliates manager settings
    2) Do a test registration
    3) Go back to the settings and check the log file
