Mixed content over HTTPS in WP Theater shortcodes

    Hi,

    I’ve been upgrading a site today to HTTPS which uses your WP Theater plugin. It throws a bunch of Mixed Content errors for Vimeo.

    I had a look in your code, and the issue is in class-shortcodes.php in the Add YouTubePreset (starting line 97) and Add Vimeo Preset (starting line 129). Many of the urls in the presets are http://, even though both services support https:// for these.

    Changing all these to https resolves this.
