Add more to categories or Add posts to pages.

What I’m trying to accomplish is the following

I think I either need some way to add more information fields to the Categories themselves, or I need some way to pull posts into pages, maybe via short code somehow.
Anyone familiar with a way to make this happen via plugin or short code?
