How can i change Layout of Blog Page

    Hey Guys,

    iam using a theme which has a crappy Blog Layout and no Sidebar. How can i add for example an “posted on date” and a Sidebar to the Blogpage ?

    First of all, you need to create a Child theme of currently active theme and then activate the newly created child theme.
    Creating child theme
    Then copy archive.php from parent theme and paste it into child theme folder.
    Modify this archive.php in the child to add a sidebar and all other things.

    If you mention your themes name it will be easy to help.
