2.7 sending me notifications for my own comments

In the process of testing out some comment-oriented plugins, I am finding that 2.7 beta sends me (native) notifications of my (logged in) reply comments on my own posts. I don’t recall this happening in previous versions, but I’ve been using WTC to thread comments for some time so maybe it has and I just forgot. If so, this seems like a rather annoying bug that should be fixed at this opportunity.
