Sadly this plugin is obviously not supported and posted here just to advertise their main business solutions and themes.
WordPress should remove it as it’s obviously not supported here or at the developer’s main website.
Actually that’s not true, we support all of our plugins here.
We are not alerted when a new post is added at wordpress.org. I’ve tried to fix it, but to no avail. We only know people post here when we actively come and check it. We’re going to add a script to monitor these forums and ping us when someone posts something, because otherwise it just goes un-noticed.
We have the bug added to our list, and we’ll push an update soon. It’s not something we have replicated internally, but we’ll figure out what causes it and release a patch.
