    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Could you please try reproducing the same issue by having only Smart Manager and WooCommerce active on your store, as the same issue can be due to javascript error from any other plugin or due to a conflict.

    If still the issue persists, then request you to kindly get back to us with your site admin login credentials along with short issue description at ‘support(at)storeapps(dot)org’, so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
