Share text appears after a testimonial in the widget | WordPress.org

I have created a testimonial widget but when it displays the testimonial it also shows Share:0 after the testimonial text. I have not put any stars in my testimonial.
I also have a Ultimate Share plugin with a configuration to display the number of shares after a post.
Is there a way I can remove this, preferably from the front end. But I dont mind doing any coding.

Yes it is. When I disabled the show share numbers and the title share, this disappears from the widget.
Is there a way to fix this as it only appears in the widget. Not in the short code
