Links With Images

    I just want to know if there is a program that can create images that can link easily to another part of a website. My website is an example but I am wondering if there is an easier method. I know about smooth gallery but I realize that you cant link the thumbs to other parts of the website. So please can anyone help me with this?

    I guess there is no such thing like this in wordpress. Oh well thought wordpress was a good program but if it cant do this then I cant do anything in it.
