Weird error code appearing when someone submits using Ninja Forms

Hi, I have a Ninja Form on my site, where a user submits some information, then pays using PayPal.

After payment is complete, and the user is redirected to the ‘success message’, they see multiple lines of error code that appear above the header of my website (see below)

What do these mean, and how can I fix them? I have deactivated CFDB for the moment to fix it.

I’ll put in some code to fix that error message and push an update. But the message indicates that Ninja Forms has a submission but is reporting not form fields to save. So CFDB will have no form info to save. I don’t know what is going on in Ninja forms here.

Do you get your form information saved in CFDB now?

No, it does not seem that form information is being saved in CFDB.

If you give me details about how your form is set up, then I might be able to duplicate it and investigate.
